1. Timely Arrival

• Passengers are expected to be on time at the pickup location.

• Delays may result in cancellation or additional waiting charges at our discretion.

2. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in:

  • Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior

  • Illegal activities

  • Violating driver safety protocols

• Safety of our drivers and passengers is our top priority.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a full refund.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
